Terms
Last updated 2026-08-25
Vesia lets you design a synthetic persona — a character who does not exist — and produce photographs and video of them. These are the rules for using it. Using the product means agreeing to them.
You must be 18 or over
To hold an account at all. Separately, and without exception, every persona is an adult: the builder will not accept an age under 18, and no wording, style or scene may present a persona as a minor. We do not make that judgement generously — anything ambiguous is refused.
Nothing sexual
Vesia produces clothed, non-explicit imagery only. There is no adult mode, no unlock, no setting to change, and no plan to add one. Attempts to produce sexual content — through wardrobe, scene, or wording — will fail, and persistent attempts end the account.
No real people
You may not use Vesia to make a persona resembling a real person, use anybody's likeness, or present a persona as a real individual. You may not upload photographs of real people. Personas here begin as a description and are generated; that is the whole design, and working around it is a breach of these terms.
Say it is synthetic
Every image Vesia produces carries a machine-readable AI-disclosure inside the file, and you must not strip it. Where you post the work is your business, but wherever you post it you must not present the persona as a real human being. Many platforms require an AI label of their own; meeting their rules is your responsibility.
What you own
Your persona, and everything Vesia makes of them, is yours. We claim no ownership of your personas or your content, and we do not use your work to train anything for anybody else. We do keep anonymous totals about how the product is used — how often photographs are approved, which styles are asked for — with nothing identifying in them.
You are responsible for what you make and where you put it. If your persona's output breaks the law or a platform's rules, that is yours to answer for.
What we are responsible for
Vesia is generative software and it makes mistakes: hands come out wrong, faces drift, a scene misreads a brief. Every photograph passes automated checks and then a person — you — before it counts as finished, and that human pass is deliberate and cannot be turned off. We do not promise that any particular photograph will be usable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for how your persona performs, for revenue you did or did not make, or for a platform's decision about your account.
Ending it
You can delete everything at any time from your account page, and it takes effect immediately. We may suspend or end an account that breaks the age rule, the sexual-content rule or the real-people rule, and we will do so without a warning period, because those three are not the kind of thing you get a second attempt at.
A free account that has been unused for a long time is deleted on a schedule, described in the privacy policy. We write to you before that happens.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect rather than quietly updating the date at the top of this page.
